Disaster Empire started with a simple idea: what if the people behind resilience finally had a space to build their own futures as boldly as they protect everyone else's?

After years (okay, decades) leading the charge in Organizational Resilience, Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Corporate Emergency Management, and Cyber Resilience for Fortune 100 companies, I realized something was missing.

The protectors — the planners, the fixers, the "get-it-done-no-matter-what" folks — weren’t getting the career support they deserved.
